Despite the half-day off in O-po on the 26th, my head cold was not getting any better. I kept under wraps for two days in the small settlement of O-po, doing nothing much more than sleep and take the odd photo out of the two-storey window.

Hope you manage to shake off the cold. I wonder what the local Chinese remedy is?

There's bound to be some Chinese medicine for such a common thing as a cold but it's probably no better than any of our remedies. Colds just have to run their course – hope yours is short one.

By the way, I am now starting to print off your Chinese leg of skateboarding and am on to the third album of 300 photos.
